When meeting Goku Black she tends to make fun of him and tease him to come after her when she's bored he never catches her if he kept falling into frustration or anger which she loves to mess with him. She can still be strict to other Gods who are either this corrupted or just plain bratty to others. When meeting all the friends who were alive in her timeline she always smiled sadly that they died the same way killed by Goku Black which she could bring them back since they refused to be brought back. Her love for children didn't go away when meets Pan still a baby which brings a smile on her face that she still loves her grandmother like her Pan. When meeting her original self the normal Chi Chi she gives bits of advice to her husband that he should have faith in her more since she might not be around forever. She has her motherly nature still caring for her sons and still loves her family in general when she brought them back as spirits now. This Chi Chi, however, is all playful and bubbly when you first met her merging with Toku who made a duplicate to save the wife of Goku which is a stronger version of the original Toku.
Chi Chi the one you know can be naggy and mostly tough on those who deserve it.
